Cauliflower & Parsnip Puree [5-6m+]

This simple creamy puree is perfect for first stage weaning babies.

I served this in a Resqueeze #reusablefoodpouch and my boy loved it!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 2 large parsnips
  • 100 ml liquid – add more if required

Method

Steam both vegetables together for 13 mins. Add liquid and blend until you have reached your desired consistency. Suitable for freezing.
