Since having kids I have become more aware of what we eat and what to avoid. I believe in clean eat and refined sugar free. There is nothing you can’t make your self at home to replicate what’s on the supermarket’s shelves. The best part is, they taste better too.
As a mum, I know that many first time mums want the best for their babies but don’t know where to start when they have reached the first stage of weaning. I have always cooked my baby food from scratch and loved doing so. I am a true believer of “what we feed out children determines who they will become one day”. Homemade baby and toddler food is the best thing we mums can offer our children. This is why I have started this blog to share what I love to do.
